Anyone wishing to attend a board meeting to present a case must provide at least two weeks notice to the Registrar and must submit their presentation in writing to the Registrar at least two weeks prior to the board meeting in order that the presentation is included in the board package. A total of 20 minutes will be permitted per issue and each speaker has a maximum of five minutes to present their case.
